By accessing or using the Scify website ("Site") and any related services, including but not limited to broadband internet services, home security solutions, and home automation services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Tariffs and Charges

Tariffs/charges for the plans chosen are to be paid in advance and are non-refundable as this is a prepaid service.

No installation charges are applicable on Scify Fiber connection (Except for 1 Month Plan).

GST @ 18% is not included in the tariff/charges and is payable over and above the plan charges.
Modifications and Withdrawals

Scify reserves the right to modify or withdraw these Terms, including tariff plans, without notice to the customer. Such changes will be posted on the website and will be deemed to have been read by the customer.

Device Ownership and Replacement.

ONU devices provided by Scify will remain the property of Syncevo Technologies Pvt Ltd at all times. The company reserves the right to take them back in case the connection is terminated, surrendered, or inactive.

Any fault in the ONU/OLT will be replaced by Syncevo within 5 working days to 48 hours from the time of raising the complaint.

Customers are responsible for all services related to devices at their end. (Router, ONU, OLT etc)
Miscellaneous

The speed committed under a plan is till the LAN port. Wi-Fi speed is subject to the customer premise’s in-house coverage and device performance.

The Company shall reserve the right to modify/withdraw any promotional campaign along with offered gratification and display the same on its website without notice to the Customer.

All product and company names are trademarks (TM) or registered trademarks (R) of their respective holders.

By subscribing to the above plans, you accept these Terms and Conditions as binding upon you.

By submitting your information and/or contacting us through any medium like a phone call, social networking channels, website, etc, you agree to receive any promotional messages, or material and be contacted by Scify or their sub-vendors.

All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without prior information.

Not all the offered prices are available on renewal. Also, prices may differ at each location.

The mentioned prices are on monthly basis.

Prices as mentioned are exclusive of taxes.

Promo plans or introductory offer plans are for a limited period and may be withdrawn without any prior information. These are not available on renewal and are one-time onboarding plans.

Any misuse/fraudulent use/unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use of the Broadband connectivity by the subscriber, Scify reserves its right to discontinue the connection altogether for any set of Subscriber/s as Scify may deem fit. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Scify and each customer and by subscribing to the above plans, you accept the same as binding upon you.

Terms and Conditions for the 6-Hour Service Promise Plan

The 6-hour service promise applies to complaints logged for no connectivity issues.

The 6-hour period is counted between 9 am to 9 pm.

If the issue is not resolved within 6 hours, the consumer will be compensated with 24 hours (1 day) extra on their existing plan.

The maximum compensation period is capped at 3 days.

This offer is subject to terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Service Description: Scify provides a connection shifting facility enabling users to relocate their internet connection from one residential address to another.

User Responsibilities: Users must initiate the shifting request through the Scify mobile application or by contacting Customer Care (CC). Users are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding the old and new residential addresses during the shifting request process.

Feasibility Check: Feasibility checks will be conducted to verify the availability of Scify services at the new residential address. Requests can be cancelled if there is no feasibility.
​
Charges & Payment: The service entails a one-time charge of Rs 500 (inclusive of taxes) per shifting request. Upon successful completion of the feasibility check, users must make the payment of Rs 500 within the Scify mobile application. The shifting request will be taken up once payment is received by Scify.

Notification & Progress: Users will be informed of the progress of their shifting request through the Scify mobile application or via communication from CC agents.

Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel their shifting request at any time before the completion of the feasibility check and payment. In case of unsuccessful shifting due to non-feasibility, no refunds will be provided.

Liability: Scify is not liable for any delays or disruptions in service resulting from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to network issues, third-party service providers, or natural disasters.

Modification of Terms: Scify reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Users will be notified of any changes via appropriate channels.
